Emily'S Flank Steak Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef flank steak (1/2-inch thick)
    1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar or lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix salt, oregano, oil and vinegar and pour over meat.
    Place meat on prepared grill 4 inches from hot coals.
    Cook 5 minutes on each side, basting with tomato sauce.
    To serve, cut steak diagonally across the grain.
