Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 large eggs
3 c. ripe bananas (about 7 medium), mashed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Grease two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
In medium bowl, combine flour, soda and salt with a wire whisk.
Set aside.
