Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. flour
    2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2/3 c. bottled barbecue sauce (Kraft hickory smoke is excellent)
Preparation
    Shake flour into cooking bag.
    Pat dry chicken; place in bag. Pour in barbecue sauce.
    Turn bag to coat meat with sauce.
    Close bag and place in pan at least 2 inches deep.
    Make six 1/2-inch slits in top of bag.
    Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325\u00b0.
