Nana'S Savoy Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. savoy cabbage
    1/4 c. oil
    1 garlic clove, chopped
    parsley, cut up
    1 potato, diced
    1 frying pepper, sliced
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Clean cabbage and let soak in cold water.
    In a pot, place 3 cups of water, oil, garlic and parsley.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add the cabbage.
    When cabbage is half cooked (15 minutes), add potatoes, frying pepper and salt and pepper.
    Add water, if needed.
    Cover and let cook over medium heat until cabbage is soft.
