Tomato Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, cut (diced)
    1 large can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. Swiss cheese, cut in small pieces
    3/4 c. Pepperidge Farm flavored croutons
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Heat butter with onion.
    Add tomatoes.
    Heat until boiling, then add Swiss cheese.
    Heat until cheese melts, stirring frequently.
    Add salt, pepper and croutons.
    Put in casserole dish and top with more croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
