Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. yellow meal
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 large eggs, well beaten
    2 c. boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Slowly add corn meal to the boiling water, stirring constantly, until thick and smooth.
    Add butter and salt and cool to lukewarm, then add eggs and milk and beat for 2 minutes.
    Pour into a greased casserole and bake in a preheated 375\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Spoon out while piping hot and butter.
    Yields 8 servings.
