Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 Tbsp. uncooked rice
    4 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. sugar or substitute 1/2 c. coconut
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except nutmeg into buttered 8 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle nutmeg on top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
    Stir twice the first hour, then stir a few times during rest of cooking to stir in crust.
    Let crust form for the last 1/2 hour of cooking.
