Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch fresh broccoli or 2 bags frozen
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. celery
    1/2 c. onion
    Minute rice (6 serving size)
    1 (12 oz.) Cheez Whiz
    1 can mushroom soup
    3/4 c. water
Preparation
    Cook broccoli to tender.
    Melt margarine in frying pan.
    Saute celery and onion to tender.
    Remove from heat and add cheese, soup and water, mixing until blended.
