Baked Snapper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. whole snapper or snapper steaks
    1/2 c. olive oil
    4 onions, chopped
    4 cloves garlic
    1 bunch celery, chopped
    1 small bell pepper, chopped
    1 tsp. oregano
    4 fresh tomatoes, quartered
    1 c. water
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put all ingredients except fish in a large skillet and cook until tender.
    Place fish in a baking pan and add a little extra olive oil over the fish, then pour the prepared ingredients over top of the fish.
    Bake 45 minutes.
