Ginger And Water Chestnut Dip For Veggies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton low-fat sour cream
    1 c. low-fat mayonnaise
    1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, finely chopped
    1/4 c. grated onion
    1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
    3 Tbsp. chopped crystallized ginger
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    dash of hot sauce
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Cover and chill overnight or 8 hours.
    Yields 3 cups.
    Serve with veggies.
