Apple Cobbler(Sugar-Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    vegetable cooking spray
    4 medium cooking apples (2 lb.)
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    salt
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    4 Tbsp. margarine (1/2 stick)
    lo-cal sweetener to equal 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Spray bottom of 8 x 8-inch baking dish with vegetable spray.
    Peel, core and thinly slice apples.
    In a large bowl with rubber spatula, toss apples, lemon juice, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
    Arrange in baking dish.
    In a medium bowl with fork, combine the flour and 1/4 teaspoon of salt.
    With pastry blender, cut in margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
    Sprinkle mixture over apples. Bake 40 to 45 minutes until crust is golden and apples are tender. Immediately sprinkle lo-cal sweetener over crust.
    Makes 9 servings.
