Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small box Escort crackers, crumbled
1 can chicken soup
1 can mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, slivered
3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
Preparation

Put 3/4 crumbs into a 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch casserole dish.
Mix soups and chestnuts together (might want to add a little stock from chicken to make custard-like consistency).
Place cubed chicken on top of crumbs in casserole dish.
Pour soup mixture over and top with remaining crumbs.
Dot with margarine.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, until bubbly.
