Spinach Cheese Stuffing Shells - cooking recipe
Ingredients

30 large pasta shells
1 1/2 lb. cottage cheese
1/2 lb. Mozzarella, grated
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. grated Parmesan
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1 small pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
32 oz. Ragu or other spaghetti sauce
Preparation

Cook pasta shells in salted water until tender; drain and rinse with cold water.
Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, except spaghetti sauce.
Stir to mix.
Stuff each pasta shell with mixture; set in baking pan.
When all shells are stuffed, pour spaghetti sauce over the top.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
