Red Clam Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe

3 cloves garlic, chopped
1/3 c. olive oil
2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans clams, drained (reserve juice)
28 oz. can tomatoes
12 oz. can tomato paste
8 oz. bottle clam juice
3 Tbsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
