Ingredients

1 cup dry mustard
1 cup white vinegar
3 eggs
Preparation

Mix dry mustard and vinegar together well.
Refrigerator overnight.
Next day, beat 3 eggs.
Add to vinegar mixture.
Cook in top of double boiler for 20-25 minutes until thickened.
Put into jars and keep in refrigerator.
(Makes a good gift.)
