Baked Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pork chops with fat and bone removed
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    4 Tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
    zest from 2 lemons
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    4 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
Preparation
    Punch holes with knife in chops. Mix remaining ingredients. Spread marinade with brush over chops. Turn chops and do same to other side using all the sauce.
    Refrigerate 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Place chops on platter and garnish with chopped red bell pepper and dill pickles.
