Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw bran
    1 c. old fashioned oats
    1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    1/2 + packed c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. oil
    nuts, raisins, sesame seed, etc.
Preparation
    Blend dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    Add eggs, oil and buttermilk; mix until moist.
    Add nuts, etc.
    Fill greased or Pam sprayed muffin cups almost full.
    Bake 17 to 20 minutes.
    Turn out on racks to cool.
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0.
    Makes 16 to 18 muffins.
