Barbecued Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. breadcrumbs
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 egg, beaten
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce, divided
    1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Combine beef, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, salt, pepper and 1/2 can tomato sauce in large mixing bowl, mixing well.
    Place mixture in a deep round Pyrex pie plate, around a small glass in center of dish.
    Combine remaining tomato sauce and remaining ingredients in small mixing bowl and pour 1/2 over loaf.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes.
    Pour remaining sauce over loaf and microwave another 5 minutes.
