Bean-Burger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. bacon, chopped
1 lb. hamburger
1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. catsup
1 large can pork and beans
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 large can lima beans or butter beans
1 large can kidney beans
Preparation

Brown bacon.
Drain excess fat.
Add hamburger and continue to simmer.
Add mustard, onion, catsup, vinegar and brown sugar. Simmer and stir until done.
Add butter beans and kidney beans (drain before adding).
Add pork and beans, including the sauce. Stir well and transfer to casserole.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 60 minutes.
