One Pan Mexican Style Beef Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. Bisquick baking mix
2/3 c. milk
2 eggs
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. shredded cheese
2 tomatoes, chopped

Preparation

Mix baking mix, milk and eggs in greased baking dish (11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch) with fork until uniform color (batter will be lumpy).
