Hot Chicken Salad(Yields 4 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cooked chicken
    4 oz. grated cheese
    1 c. cooked macaroni
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 small can pineapple (add 3 pkg. artificial sweetener)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
    2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. diet mayo
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Use leftover roast beef and gravy.
    Put sliced roast beef and gravy on 2 slices of toast.
    Serve with mashed potatoes and sliced tomatoes.
