Kentucky Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. 86 proof bourbon
    1 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
    1 c. finely crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
Preparation
    Stir together the bourbon and syrup;
    thoroughly stir in the remaining ingredients. Spoon 1/2 tablespoon of the mixture onto wax paper, generously covered with extra confectioners sugar. Roll each into a ball; roll in the sugar on the paper. Refrigerate in a tightly covered container at least overnight before serving.
