Mexican Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12-inch) round prepared Italian bread shell
    1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    2 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) each shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese
    red and yellow bell pepper slices
    sliced black olives (optional)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    In a large skillet, brown beef, onion and garlic.
    Pour off fat.
    Stir in salsa and bouillon.
    Simmer 5 minutes.
    Place bread shell on a large baking sheet.
    Top with salsa mixture, cheese, sliced peppers and olives.
    Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Refrigerate leftovers.
    Makes 1 pizza.
