Rhubarb-Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced rhubarb
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. flour
    nutmeg
    unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Beat sugar, flour and eggs together.
    Add rhubarb.
    Place in unbaked pie crust.
    Sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake 45 to 50 minutes at 425\u00b0.
