Salisbury Steak Dinners - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. hamburger
5 eggs
25 slices bread, dried
2 or 3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
catsup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. carrots
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green peppers
1 c. onions
Preparation

Grate carrots, celery, green peppers and onions with the food processor.
Grate dried bread with the food processor.
Mix all ingredients together and make into steak patties the size of your hand.
Bake on cookie sheet in oven until done.
You can freeze them by putting wax paper in between each one.
Put gravy over them in a casserole dish when serving and bake in oven.
