Country Chicken Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chicken backs and necks
    8 c. water
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 small bay leaf
    1 large potato, diced
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Place chicken and water in large pot.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
    Add celery, carrot, onion, bay leaf, potato, salt and pepper to soup.
