Pasta And Shrimp-Cajun Style - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 large shallot, chopped fine
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3 ripe tomatoes, diced
    3 Tbsp. tomato paste
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning mix or to taste
    1 c. dry red wine
    1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    1 lb. fresh pasta
Preparation
    Heat olive oil in large skillet.
    Add shallots and garlic; reduce heat to medium-low.
    Saute until soft and transparent.
    Add tomatoes; cook 5 minutes more.
    Stir in tomato paste, Cajun spices and wine and bring to boil.
    Lower heat and simmer.
    Add shrimp and simmer 5 more minutes.
    Toss cooked pasta with sauce.
