Strawberry Pretzel Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. crushed pretzels
    3/4 c. butter
    1 (8 oz.) softened cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 (10 oz.) frozen strawberries (not drained)
    1 small can pineapple, drained
    1 large container whipped topping
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Blend pretzels, butter and sugar together.
    Press into 13 x 8 pan sprayed with nonstick spray.
    Bake 7 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Let cool.
    Blend cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and whipped topping. Spread over cooled crust and chill.
    Make sure this layer is sealed up to sides of dish to keep gelatin from going down into the pretzel layer.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add strawberries and pineapple.
    Chill.
    Spread over cheese mixture. Chill.
