Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. hot cooked rice
    1 lb. round steak
    1 Tbsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. beef broth
    2 medium onions
    2 medium green peppers
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 large tomatoes, cut in 8 pieces each
Preparation
    Cut steak into small strips and brown in butter.
    Add broth, garlic and paprika.
    Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
    Add sliced onions and peppers.
    Cook about 15 minutes.
    Start cooking rice. Blend cornstarch, water and soy sauce.
    Add to meat and vegetables and cook about 2 more minutes.
    Add tomatoes and cook 3 to 5 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
    Serves 4.
