Chicken Cassia Tore - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast, sliced into strips
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 medium green pepper, cut into thin strips
    1 tablespoon oil
    1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
    1 (8 ounce) can stewed tomatoes
    1 teaspoon garlic powder
    1/4 teaspoon oregano
    1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper
    4 servings Minute Rice, cooked omitting butter and salt
Preparation
    Cook and stir chicken, onion, and pepper strips in oil until lightly browned. Add all other ingredients except rice. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes Serve over rice.
