Hungarian Pie(Dessert) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped, peeled apple
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 c. nuts
Preparation
    Cream the egg and sugar.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Bake in greased pie pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
    Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
