Waldorf Astoria Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. stew meat
    2 medium onions, chopped
    1 c. celery, cut bite size
    2 c. carrots
    4 medium potatoes
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 can tomato soup
    1 can water
Preparation
    Mix all together and bake in a large covered casserole for 5 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Do not peek or raise cover during baking.
    Bake for a full 5 hours.
