Carrot Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
2 c. sieved cooked carrots
Preparation

Beat eggs and milk slightly.
Add well blended dry ingredients.
Add carrots and mix well.
Pour into pie pan lined with unbaked pastry.
Bake in hot 450\u00b0 oven for 10 minutes or until set. Cool and top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
