Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lbs. stew beef
    1 large onion
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    6-8 potatoes
    3-4 carrots
    1/2 stick butter
    garlic salt
    ground cloves
Preparation
    Flour and brown beef in a skillet.
    Season with garlic salt and cloves while browning.
    Fill stew pot 1/2 full with water and 1 tsp. beef bouillon.
    Dice onions and combine with beef.
    Add beef and onions to water and let simmer for 2 - 3 hours.
    Cut potatoes and carrots in bite size pieces and add to beef.
    Add butter and simmer until vegetables are fully cooked.
