Passover Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 eggs, separated
    1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 lemon rind, grated
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. boiling water
    1/2 c. cake meal
    1/4 c. potato starch
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cream sugar and egg yolks until light yellow.
    Add juice, rind, oil and water; mix well.
    Mix dry ingredients together and add to mixture.
    With clean and dry blades, beat egg whites until they are stiff (just until they leave peaks when blades are lifted).
    Do not overbeat.
    Fold into other ingredients very well. Do not beat.
