Creamy Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 can chicken broth
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Saute mushrooms in butter about 5 minutes.
Blend in flour and stir until thoroughly combined. Slowly add chicken broth, stirring until smooth. Stir in half and half and parsley. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat just until mixture simmers. Serve over chicken breasts or toast points.
