Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced yellow squash, cooked and drained
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 grated carrot
    1 chopped onion
    1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to cooked squash, except stuffing.
    Butter a casserole dish and place a layer of stuffing on the bottom.
    Top with squash mixture.
    Repeat, ending with stuffing on top.
    Dot with margarine.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes, just to brown.
