Zucchini Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. grated carrots
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
    1/2 c. All-Bran
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In bowl beat eggs with oil; stir in sugar, zucchini, carrots and vanilla.
    Mix together flour, All-Bran, salt, soda and cinnamon; stir into zucchini mixture.
    Add nuts and mix well. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
    Allow to cool 15 minutes, then cool on wire rack.
    Makes 1 large loaf or 2 small.
