Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tubes crescent rolls
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 envelope dry Ranch dressing
    3/4 c. mayo
    3/4 c. each: broccoli, green onions, cauliflower, green pepper, carrots, tomatoes and Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Pat crescent rolls in jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 7 to 8 minutes until brown.
    Mix and spread the sour cream, cream cheese, dressing and mayo.
    Top with remaining ingredients.
    Wrap tight with Saran Wrap.
    Refrigerate 4 to 5 hours.
