Caesar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    3 Tbsp. Romano cheese
    1 egg
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    pepper to taste
    1 bunch romaine lettuce
    1 c. croutons
Preparation
    Combine olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, cheese, egg, garlic and pepper in small bowl; mix well.
    Combine lettuce and croutons in salad bowl.
    Add dressing; toss lightly.
    Yields 4 servings.
