Ingredients

2 eggs
2/3 c. Wesson oil
2 Tbsp. vanilla
2 Tbsp. lemon extract
2 Tbsp. almond extract
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
With a fork, beat eggs.
Stir in oil, vanilla, lemon and almond extract.
Blend in sugar until mixture thickens.
Sift together baking powder, flour and salt.
Add to egg mixture.
Dough will be soft.
Drop by teaspoons about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
Stamp each cookie flat with bottom of a glass dipped in sugar.
(Lightly oil glass, then dip in sugar.)
Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Remove immediately from cookie sheet.
Makes 3 dozen.
