Mushrooms Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    30 large mushrooms
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 celery stalks, diced
    1/2 c. butter
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 box chicken stuffing mix
    1 small bottle ginger ale
    3/4 lb. imitation crab meat
    1 large egg
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Wash mushrooms.
    Remove and chop stems.
    Saute stems, onion and celery in two tablespoons of butter until soft.
    Add parsley.
