Rhubarb Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. rhubarb
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 pie crust
    1 pkg. strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. corn starch
    pat of butter
Preparation
    Put rhubarb into large cake pan. Add pineapple. Sprinkle sugar and corn starch mixture over rhubarb. Dissolve Jell-O and pour over rhubarb. Dot with butter, then cover with pie crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until crust is brown and rhubarb is soft.
