Fried Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium Granny Smith apples
    1/2 c buttermilk
    1/2 c flour, all-purpose
    cinnamon to taste
    powdered sugar
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Wash apples, peel, core and cut into wedges. Dip apple wedges in buttermilk, dredge in flour. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Roll in powdered sugar and cinnamon mix. Serve hot.
