Baked Pineapple(Excellent For Diabetics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (in own juice)
    8 pkg. Equal or 1/2 c. NutraSweet
    2 tsp. flour
    3 eggs
    4 slices bread
    2/3 stick oleo
Preparation
    Pour pineapple into dish (do not drain).
    Add Equal and flour. Beat eggs and add.
    Spray 2-quart casserole with Pam and pour in mixture.
    Crumble bread over the top.
    Cut oleo very thin and lay over top of bread.
    Bake 1 hour in oven at 375\u00b0.
    If getting too brown, reduce heat a little.
