Lemon Chess Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
    juice and grated rind from 1 lemon
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Place in half cooked pastry shell.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until firm.
