Chicken Strips In Garlic Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans chicken broth
    1/2 stick butter
    parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    12 chicken breasts, cut into strips
    flour
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Flour chicken strips; season with salt and pepper and pan-fry in a small amount of oil until golden.
    Combine broth, butter, garlic powder and parsley in saucepan.
    Heat until butter melts and garlic dissolves.
    Pour over chicken strips in frypan and cook slowly until broth thickens slightly (about 30 to 45 minutes). Serve over hot, cooked rice.
