Coffee Cake (Quick) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. shortening

Preparation

Enough sweet milk to make a dough.
Mix and spread in pan greased with butter.
Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and chopped pecans.
Bake in moderate oven for 25 minutes.
Turn upside-down and serve while hot.
