Braised Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean boneless pork
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    6 garlic cloves, minced
    2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 Tbsp. black pepper
    1 bay leaf
    1 tsp. m.s.g.
    2 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut pork about 1 1/2-inch cube size.
    Wash and dry pork. Place meat in a covered stock-pot.
    Add all ingredients except water.
    Stir and add water.
    Stir.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally, 45 minutes to 1 hour and liquid reduced to approximately 1 cup.
    Serve over rice.
