Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. squash
    1/2 c. mayo
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1 egg
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 to 10 crackers
Preparation
    Cook squash until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Mix sugar, mayo, onions, egg, salt and pepper with squash.
    Stir in 1/4 stick oleo and cheese.
    Place in casserole dish.
    Top with crackers, remaining oleo and cheese.
